I am reading a book that is about how to turn your ordinary thoughts, sentences, dialogues into native, formal, diplomatic tone. The name of this book is Diplomatic Writing Skills. The best thing I liked about this book is you just think of anything the way that suits you, the techniques in this book teach you how to transform it into a powerful expression naturally. This is more like a transformational tool than a simple learning guide. It mostly helps those who can think using their crude words but cannot come up with a refined, convincing, presentable expression.
