1268 For me Autumn twilight was one of the first adult book i've ever read. I just finished one of Brian Jacques books and read autumn twilight. My favorite scene was the first scene in the book where Tas Flint, and Tanis meet up after 5 years of being apart. That scene will always stay with me.

The Runner up was at the end of" Summer flame when Tas and Flint meet after they died.

1268 I am going to reread Drags of Spring... just to get a perspective for the new hourglass mage. after that I was thinking of reading some fifth age, never really read much over there, any recommendations? I am afraid of reading A&B b/c never really likes Mina, i afraid it will trun into some mush love story between mortal and god.

1268 If any one is interested in Wikipedia a Dragonlance wiki exists!. Very exciting I know. It's called Chronicles of Astinus. It has been around for some time. the problem is that it is not very detailed or large at all. if any one is interested in adding any thing, full article or even seeds (that where you write just a snippet of the article,a quick intro to get the ball rolling on that topic/article.)Just click Here. Personally I love the idea of Wikipedia assuming that it is not being abused by politically motivated jerk and bashers. it can be a great refernce.

1268 i haven't read highlord yet, but dwarven was fun, a nice filler to actually see what happened in between. Kit I think is also a cool char! a backstabbing mercenary, so i really can't wait to read her book (I am assuming it's about her, I really haven't even read the back of the book yet).

Raist of course is the coolest char in all DL. it's not the Mystery, but one thing that I have noticed is that most, if not a lot of, things are a constant through out most fantasy, I'm talking about weapons, warriors, castles(settings) and the such (but not dragons). Magic though is not a constant. how it works, does it exist, not all fantasy worlds have the same magic "physics". what I think that makes DL such a magic wonderful world is Margret and Tracy's creation of "krynn magic", pretty unique, true the power of magic is influenced by the moons not sooo unique but what can you do. On a whole it is very very well done. magic in the DL world has been brought ot life by Raistlin and therefore because of peoples love of magic(Potter is a proof to that) they of course will love that char who brings it to life. I loved the Raistlin Chronicles because it describes magic in detail, how it is taught, and how a lot of spell are cast.

All in All a new book on Raistlin can't be bad

1268 My First was also Autumn, But i wasn't hooked until I read Brothers in Arms and Soulfourge. ever since read, at least Soulfourge, i have been on a crusade to find any author that gives such 'life' to magic. after this book Raistlin is and will always be my favorite char.
