I hope this message finds you all well and enjoying our latest book selection. I wanted to take a moment to gently remind everyone about the importance of maintaining kindness and inclusivity within our group.

As an intellectually-engaged community, it can be easy to forget that not all of our members may have the same level of background knowledge or reading comprehension. Some members may struggle to read the same sentences as you. However, it's crucial that we extend the same courtesy and respect to those who are still working to develop their skills.

Our book club should be a place where all members feel welcome to participate, share their perspectives, and grow together. By being patient, offering support, and creating a judgment-free environment, we can ensure that everyone has the opportunity to fully engage with the material. I hope we can practice this for further sessions to come.
