I wonder what her motivations, background, and role are in the pivotal plot twists of Richard's life. Why did she wear the ring? I get the feeling she doesn't want her brother to get married, but is she in love with him? Is she the one keeping an eye on Vanessa and creating situations so she can get in trouble with Richard? What about Dr. Hoffman? What does she know?
There could be so much more to this character.....
