Appearance
Frankie is an incredibly short sinner, where he typically is barely above ankle height. He has grey skin and rapidly moving brown eyes, as well as stitches all over his body. He has a huge tuff of pink hair that

Personality
Core Traits: Frankie is an extremely frantic yet intelligent man. He is able to speak in over 20 languages but since his arrival in hell-only speaks in pig latin as his own game of whether people could understand him. His rapid speech can make it seem as if he speaks gibberish but very rarely he'll speak a known language towards others when feeling agitated. Unlike Dr. Loom, he is still emotionally driven and can pick up social cues on her behalf. He is easily eager to help people out when can. He has tendencies such as extreme speed when walking and intense nods and shakes to simple questions.

Past As a young student, Dr. Loom took him under her wing in his progression towards the medical field. Despite their differences, they have very similar mindsets, which had their friendship strengthen and even keep up with Dr. Looms intelligence. Even with his medical knowledge; he sways more to subjects regarding sociopsychology, history, and language. He admired Dr. Looms passion and appreciated her push for knowledge while joining her. Although aware of her sociopathic mentality-it simply made him more intrested in her mental workings and how others react to it. When Dr. Loom and him were caught for over 50 counts of murder among other charges-he plead guilty for death row along with Dr. Loom. During his time in prison, he spoke with legal associates to allow himself and Dr. Loom to have their final meal together along with their execution together. During their final meal, they made a deal that wherever they will go, he will find her and keep himself as the loyal assistant he is. Surprisingly, the deal came true when arriving in Hell only to realize that their souls were stitched together and he had to find her so he could give her portion of their combined souls. Ever since, he has been her right hand and one of her only friends. An amazing assistant and she acknowledged that he is just as important as she is to him.

Natural Abilities: He is able to move and observe at a much faster pace in attempts to catch up with Dr. Loom. He is very energetic and seems to be polar opposite of Dr. Looms personality. He can accomplish a majority of the tasks handed to him and usually is in charge with medical assistance, reception, and even physical tasks.
Unique Powers: Due to his intertwined soul, both Dr. Loom and him have a hive mind together where they aren't identical but share a bond where they can instinctively make actions to benefit them in the later. His hive mind also shares some powers that Dr. Loom has but aren't fully one.
Combat Style: Similar to Dr. Looms combat style-he hides in the shadows but is much more bold with attacking people. With his small size and incredible speed, he can traverse much more easily to use more heavy weapons and direct blows. His main weapons are usually a large scalpel and a bone saw.

Relationships
Frankie shares a strong bond with Dr. Loom but with his ability to understand emotions and pick up on social cues-his ability to make friends and enemies are much more potent. He usually aggravates Husk due to his chaotic personality but likes people who are very flamboyent in their gestures. Frankie tends to fond towards Angel Dust and even has a crush on Nifty that he can't potray besides offer her medical equipment and mimicing her movements.
Voice & Style
Frankie sounds very high-pitched and speaks usually in his high-paced pig language which sounds to most as gibberish. When he rarely speaks normally, his voice is still on the higher side but much more calm as if he had the voice of a teenage boy. He is very flamboyent in how he acts and speaks-mainly addressing towards Dr. Loom but no trouble speaking to others as well.

Fun Fact: Frankie is technically the host of the hive mind even with his personality being more similar to a worker. He likes to keep a deck of flashcards to pop quiz Dr. Loom. His room resembles much of a stoner and even smokes on his breaks. Whenever he's at reception-he refuses to respond to people who enter until they ring his desk bell.

I kind of want to request Mimzy and Nifty because I feel I can play those parts decently to add more canon characters.

Appearance
Dr. Loom has a design where she is lanky yet keeps an upright posture for formality. She has a subtle, closed smile that never goes away and is always seen in a lab coat with scrubs that are constricted by leather straps. Her skin is pale, along with her white hair, which has brown streaks through it. Her hair is also kept in a bun with a syringe as a hairpin, which resembles a straitjacket. Her eyes are normal and grey, but occasionally turn black and blue when putting empathesis onto words.

Personality
Core Traits: Her personality is very blunt and straightforward as her sociopathic personality keeps her from understanding social cues, metaphors, references, as well as lack of empathy due to her not recognizing the emotions of others and even her own. Although she has a very eerie appearance and approach to people-her swear to keep doctor's code of never purposefully harming people keeps her harmless unless needing to self-defend or kick people for trespassing/harming her clients. Even with her cold appearance, she seems to have a slight attachment to her assistant Frankie and is ready to fight if people threaten him (even as a jest).

Past In life, Dr. Loom had her sociopathic personality to an extreme extent. Although still a savant in the medical perspective, she yearned for new exploration. Unlike in Hell, she broke her code and manipulated people into thinking they were being saved without knowledge of her plan to slowly kill them in their supposed recovery. In 1996, she was caught with over 50 counts of murder, along with other charges. At court-her and her assistant Frankie pleaded guilty on the exception that they were put on death row. During her time in prison, she had to be put in restraints and have a leather mask due to her 'self harm' in which she justified it as the only form of experiments she had left. After 14 years, they were both executed at the same time as requested. When reaching Hell, it is unknown how she lived until the recent years, where she is seen now as a main medical hub in her new clinic as well as an influential supplier for cannibal town.

Natural Abilities: As a savant in both the medical and scientific field, she is extremely skilled in any medical procedure and can even complete difficult surgeries within a fraction of the usual time period. Her lack of recognizing emotions as well as being extremely literal puts her in states of mild confusion or herself in danger without realizing such.
Unique Powers: Her labcoat seems to have an infinite pocket and is able to analyze most of peoples physical wellbeing due to her heightened senses. Unknowingly, lights around her tend to glow or flicker-even flashing due to how she feel or what her mind is fixated on. Her eyes tend to also turn colors as lights flicker and even her voice suddenly can have echo'd cries like the sounds of people losing their loved ones. These tend to act like twitches more than a purpose approach towards others.

Combat Style: Having little strength, she depends a lot on her agile movements and medical equipment that hides in her pocket. Her mind also subconsciously puts the lights in the room off while having a spotlight on her target. She avoids using most strength required combat and is vulnerable to others' strength, even with her high pain tolerance. Most of her actions to fight back is using syringes, acupuncture pins, defibrillator, and even suture string as a way to plan entanglement of those she is fighting against. It takes her awhile to actually attack back which also gives others a lot of time to strike before she does.

Relationships
Dr. Loom is an agromantic woman who has very little relationships due to her sociopathic perspective. The only person that she'd truly consider a friend would be her assistant Frankie. She does show her attempts to befriend people by having pop quizes on their physical attributes and actions. She leans towards more of a friendly relationship with Angel Dust, Husk, and Rosie but tends to dislike theatrical or showmen such as Charlie, Alastor, and the Vees. Even so, she does not see anyone as enemies or friends but simply people around her who help in her social experiments.

Voice & Style
She has a very formal yet bland tone, which contradicts her subtle smile and appearance. She speaks in literal terms but sometimes becomes metaphorical without realizing it. Her twitches can cause the ghostly echoes to come out for even less than a second. Even with her medical-driven personality and appearance-the room she sleeps at her clinic is very 80s themed as some form of nostalgia.

Fun Fact: The reason why lights tend to flicker is due to her prison cell having a shoddy light and flickering for years. It somewhat drove her crazy due to the inconsistency and elevated her desire to go into the afterlife more. She also does not have any electronics besides a desk phone in her clinic and an 80s turntable. Her favorite and the only alcohol she drinks is absinthe-preferably traditional.
