Have you ever been a mod or admin before? If yes, where and what were your responsibilities?: Yeah, it was in one of my old groups and i was a mod for a while in an rp group and I was the one who approved characters and made sure people were following the rules.

What skills or qualities do you think make you a good fit for the mod team?
well im pretty good at making sure people follow rules and interacting with people

How do you usually handle conflict or drama in a group setting?
i would probably tell them to take it to pms

How active can you be (hours per day or week)?
around 3-4 hours a day (on a normal day, exam or test days will probably be only an hour or so)

Are you comfortable enforcing rules even with friends?
yeah

A member starts an argument in chat — what do you do first?
first i would tell them to stop and take it to pms if they're arguing with a specific person. And if they don't stop i'd probably involve the head mod

Someone is venting and another member makes an insensitive comment. How do you handle it?
i would delete it and then explain to them (probably privately) why i deleted it and then i would tell them to apologize to the other person.

You notice a mod abusing their power — what’s your next step?
first ill make the aware that they're abusing their power if they dont stop i tell teh head mod

A member DMs you about feeling unsafe in the group. What actions do you take?
i would ask how so and then tell the headmod
