My name is Judson Roberts and I'm the author of the Strongbow Saga, a historical fiction series. I met Rima some years ago when I used to live in Houston. I now live on a small farm in Oregon, which is a HUGE improvement over Houston!

Is the emphasis of your question the word "honestly?--i.e., are you asking if authors should write reviews of other authors' books that are honest? I think any review should be honest, whether by an author or anyone else.

As an author myself, I don't tend to write negative reviews, at least not of works of fiction. First of all, if I don't like a book I usually will not take the time to finish it. But if I do like a book, if I was impressed with it, I certainly like to share that opinion.
