I agree. I liked the ending since it wasn't typical and they didn't end up together. I think it was what was best for both characters.
I do remember it took me a while to get through it even though I liked it. It was one of those books that I enjoyed while reading it but kind of forgot about it when I wasn't.
I still really liked it and I can't really say anything bad about it. It's more of I just loved Paper Towns and Looking for Alaska more.
I read it a few years ago and loved the imagery and how visual it is. I think it'd make a great movie. I can't really remember a character that stood out as a favorite, but I know I enjoyed the love story between the two main magicians. I liked how unique the story was, especially for someone like me who tends to stick to realistic fiction.
Katherines would actually be my least favorite by John Green. I think aside from TFiOS, my favorite is Paper Towns then Alaska.
