Just finished "The Goldfinch"... 5+++++++ stars! Hard to describe how good this book is!

I'm reading this now -- about 200 pages in I realized this may be one of the best books I have ever read.

I started Silent Wife... So far really we'll written and tense, although plot is predictable so far... Hoping for something unexpected soon

I just finished Night Film and it was terrific!

Finished Calico Joe by John Grisham. Very good baseball book with good life lessons as well.

I just finished George Saunders' Tenth of December... interesting stories, contemporary dilemmas, interesting writing style. Full review soon.

Just finished "Spooner" by Pete Dexter. His usual blend of humor and social commentary. Found it very entertaining.
