Thank you! I understand what it's like to be in a toxic relationship; the reason I'm writing Voice is because of my experience with an emotionally abusive boyfriend and my desire to give hope to other girls in the same situation. I think I'll look for the book you mentioned; it sounds good! :)

Hi, I'm Elizabeth. I'm a writer and reader of young adult fiction. I don't really have a favorite book; there are too many favorites for me to pick one! Recently I read And We Stay by Jenny Hubbard. I love Sarah Dessen (Just Listen is one of my faves!), Jennifer Smith, Melody Carlson, Suzanne Collins, and Cynthia Voight. Oh, and I'm in the process of writing my own YA novel called Voice, about a girl healing from an abusive relationship.
