139590 Because of Mr. Terupt
Written by: Rob Buyea
Book review written by: Frankie Buettner
This book is truly a heart warming book. The book is the story of a fifth grade class that I first doesn't get a long but at the end of the story has a bond bigger than ever. Each kid in the class has a special personality that makes them special. There's people that are going through parents divorce, people going though lost, people who are dealing with self- confidence, bullying, and fitting in to a new school. But Mr. Terupt doesn't focus on the problems of these students. Mr. Terupt is the perfect teacher for this class and helps the class get along. When an accident happens and the year could be ruined for ever the kids have to learn to work together and get along that makes the book so much more special.

I loved this book because I could easily relate to what some of the kids thought and I think any middle school kid would be able to relate to the book.
I also loved how each chapter was a different kid from the class so you could know each opinion of the kids which I loved. I recommend this book for any middle school kid and any other person that wants to read this book.

139590 Hades: The lord of the dead
Written by: George O'Connor
Book review written by: Frankie Buettner
Hades: the lord of the underworld is the fourth of four graphic novel books. It Is about hades the God of the underworld told in pictures with few words. This book is based off of Greek mythology and hades story. The story is about hades finding his wife although he doesn't find his wife he steals Persephone but I won't spoil the story that's for you to figure out.

I enjoyed this book but I thought the book was a little to short and focused on one moment and I wished that it would focus on hades entire life.
If you enjoy Greek mythology like I do I definitely recommend this book. It is a graphic novel so reading it doesn't take that long. I recommend reading the other books by George O'Connor. Witch are other Greek mythology stories.

139590 Wonder by: R.J Palacio
Book review by: Frankie Buettner
Wonder....
A book that you just don't wanna put down.
A book that you NEED to read more than once.
A book that makes you cry and smile at the same time,
And overall a book that makes you "wonder" about the life you live in.
August Pullman a boy starting middle school was born with a facial deformity. This book goes throws his up and downs with his school life. Auggie (August) was home schooled before he started middle school. So middle school was very different for August Pullman. With August facial deformity he struggles to fit in and find friends that care about him. This book contains school field trips, drive inn movies, and loss.
R.J Palacio makes it feel like your right next to him with everything and uses the perfect amount of everything, love , kindness, friendship, and some sadness. Being able to be along the way of August journey makes the book x10 better. The book makes you realize how special you really are.
I definitely recommend this book also note: its a fabulous audiobook.

139590 Mockingjay
Written by: Suzanne Collins
Review by: Frankie Buettner
Mockingjay,
Intense,confusing,dramatic,wild and adventurous experience.
The final of three hunger games books. As some say the worst of them I say well maybe not.
Katniss Everdeen the girl on fire the confident beautiful girl has a different look in the third book. The girl you thought would fight tell the end doesn't have as much action in this book as her role of the mockingjay The leader of the rebellion.

The hunger games series and this one especially leaves me very very confused at the end with very few details and to many adjectives. This may possibly be that I rush the ending or it Could mean the author does it as well. Suzanne Collins uses many details and adjective and it seems to balance perfectly in the beginning. But lacks the perfect balance at the end.

Although there Are flaws,I don't see how this is the very worst of the series. It shakes everything up a little no more games real war.

I definitely recommend this book and I hope it doesn't disappoint you. All you need is a open mind and five hours to read.
139590 Wonderstruck,
Beautifully combined with well written pages and beautiful illustrations.
Each chapter was something completely exiting and breath taking and left me in shock and excitement each time the bell rang.
