Helene Hanff - of 84 & Duchess fame. (also "underfoot in show business" & "Q's Legacy" and a couple of others!)
I haven't read her in a couple of years, but would love an excuse to do so again.

can I add two? Rumer Godden (I know nothing about her but someone gave me a bunch of her books) & Helene Hanff - because I love her and want to read her.
