My book "behind the bedroom wall" is almost the exact opposite of Night, it shows the molding of the Hitler Children, and how they were made to despise the Jews and eventually to hunt them down. It has shown teens beating an Older Jewish person because they were Jewish, when questioned the only thing they could say was that the "Jews" were the cause of all the woes of the German Race. Just like Hitler used to convince all the Concentration camp people to treat them worse than animals. Then it showed the indoctrination of the Nazi party on the kids when they were made to "rat" anyone who was against the Nazi party, by reporting questionable behavior, anyone who was helping the Jews and anyone who had anything bad to say about Hitler and the Third Reich kinda like the SS of Night, except for younger people. The 3rd would be when the main character Korinna who turns from a perpetrator to a liberator has a disgust and anger toward both her parents and the Jews because her parents helped the "enemy" I also noticed Korinnas Parents who were non-Jews who helped those who were being persecuted by sheltering them, giving them the diet they have always had, and giving them anything and everything they can to help the Jews out, just like some one the people in Night. I have finished this book and the main roles i notice are the parents are liberators, the Jewish people behind the wall were the victims, Hans, one of the third Reich supporters was a perpetrator by beating anyone who questioned the Hitler Regime and Korinna, who turns from a perpetrator/bystander to a Liberator.
I have Marxism, while i think Marxism is the easiest to prove and study, feminism is in just kicking it off and i can definitely see the women in this story becoming more and more independent, its actually kinda weird seeing the start of the women's right movement
Tom is still the most dangerous, He cheated, got mad when his wife cheated then ran away from all his problems when he almost got caught for his infidelity, BUT Gatsby is not innocent about any of this, he is kkinda creepy about this. like he doesnt shy away from trying to take someone elses wife
I feel that tom is still the most dangerous character still because he has manipuated everyone around him, especially since this car incident, where he quickly diverts the attention of his affair in order to not be blamed for hooking up with mertile. who at this time is dead
I think those with money are they most dangerous, they live in a time where money means power and those who have the most power are those who belong in east and west egg, I personally think that the power is held by 2 people, Gatsby and Tom, both of them come from different backgrounds yet they ave tons of money and know lots of people who do whatever they want them to do, because they have money
