I'll post a picture of the library this weekend. It is currently sitting in the basement waiting for the ground to thaw. It will continue to sit there until we can get a stake through the ground.I got the kit from a local group: the Little Libraries of Kitchener-Waterloo. llkw.ca. I had to pick it up. You can order kits though here: http://littlefreelibrary.org/product-...
I would be very happy to take some books from you. But Gertie does make a valid point about the shipping cost. My library is built, but will be launching in the spring as the ground is too frozen to dig to put in the foundation pole. If you want to send me a list of books, that would be great. Paperbacks would probably be better as cheaper to mail. I just received a collection of mystery books, so I'm good for that genre. But I'd be happy for some fantasy, sci-fi or any other books you think would be enjoyed by others.
Please list any books you would like to see included in the library and I will try to track them down.
Some that I have seen online so far that I love include:

Thanks Gertie for the picture inserting instructions.
This is the kit that I am using for the library. I have dreams of a multi level personalized library (maybe a castle, maybe a dragon or something funky) in the future, but when I had the opportunity to buy a kit for $50 and get it right away, I decided it was better to get the library built for now. An ungrade will likely happen later in life.
Eric - while I am hurt that you deleted my invitation, I am flattered that you tracked the group down. You indeed have not visited the library yet in person - it is not yet constructed. I received my charter documents in the mail yesterday and am picking up my building kit in about two weeks. My goal is to get the library built before Halloween. But please do come visit if you are ever in this area once it is built.
Appropriate language - well I figured I needed to put in some kind of guideline. But appropriate is indeed subjective, so salty biker terminology might be appropriate, depending on the nature of your post.
