History: Brian was a normal kid living in New York till one day on a drive with his parents when then got in to a horrible accident that killed both of his parents and throw brian several feet. His right arm got cut off above the elbow. He was laying in the road bleeding to death. When an ambulance finally came he was dead. He came back to life as the paramedics were putting him in a bag. Brian regained consciousness to find he was naked and surrounded by the bodies of hundreds of people and the destroyed cars of all those who were unlucky enough to be passing by. Brian was completely covered in blood and somehow his arm was reattached.

3 years have passed and now Brian has moved into the town Venice, Virginia. He now knows how to use the abilities he has been awakened to, but does not know much about where they came from. He knows nothing of the town and that there are others like him.
