I agree with all the recommendations for Still Life with Crows. I've always thought it was underrated. I also agree that the Astor Tunnels in Reliquary were great, but The Cabinet of Curiosities is probably my second favorite.

I've read books by both authors and I have to give Lincoln Child an edge so far, but I think it's clear that their collaborations are far better than either of their individual works. I think their talents really do complement one another.

I like the Timothy Olyphant suggestion. I also think Daniel Craig would make a good Pendergast.
