Aeson removed the metal as it turned to dust, but the stone form of Markus remained. His sword stuck through him fully. Now Markus was to remain as stone forever. Jakub stirred and looked almost entirely in shock. "It's over?" He asked confused. He felt a release. The ring on his finger melted into ashes. Suddenly a blast of white light radiated from the statue and was cast outward. All of the magic Markus had performed was being undone. The bats vanished, the armies seemed silent. Everything felt actually at peace again.

Gabriel looked in just as much shock..."It can't be over...Markus cannot be so easily undone. It seemed easier than what it should have been. There was more than our own forces working against him. He seemed weaker than usual. He should have been at full might during the eclipse." Suddenly, the pulse of light was sucked back in with a great forceful wind. The stone began to crack. Gabriel felt light, but he also felt darkness coming from the light. Gabriel raced to Annabelle holding her up..."Annabelle? Are you alright?" He then turned to Amelia....Colour seemed to come back to her. "You are are not a Vampire any more....But how?" Gabriel felt something and he knew it wasn't good. Sure Amelia wasn't a Vampire at the time, but that only meant that the dark pweor had to be going somewhere. Darkness and light could grow and never fade. They could be removed and replaced, but they always went somewhere. Something or someone was drawing in all of the darkness left in the world.

Aeson frowned, "Himeko...my love, this is not yet over. Something worse comes. The beings of darkness have been cast form here, but something greater draws darkness to it. I fear it may be the Witch of the Moors." He said knowing very well that she knew what he meant. All of that darkness was going straight to it's source back to where it originated from...Seraphine.

Jakub nodded, "My father's power has ly temporarily been removed. Amelia will become a Vampire once mroe soon enough. It will take stronger magic than that to reverse sucha thing. The demons are answer the call of another now. Markus may be dealt with, but the hordes of darkness will always follow a leader."

((Stupid ranting people in a constant pledge to make me feel like shit and claim that I have plagiarized without citing sources. I have been flagged and will probably be kicked out to shut the haters up. But I had friends stand up and I was happy to say that I've gotten to know people like you Caitlin and MAlly and many so many others on this group who I could actually call good friends.))

Markus was stone now he was fighting against it as the bats broke through the door and began to spin in a violent circle around the group creating a shadow vortex. Lukas was caught off guard and fell nearly as Himeko moved his hand. He looked aggravated..."He needs to heal now or he will be gone forever!" He shouted no longer caring about Markus.

Markus would have laughed but the light that Lukas and Himeko were both creating was irritating to his eyes. Then a sharp feeling as if being cut by glass made it's way to his senses. He looked down seeing blood, but the blood just as quickly as it flowed from his body began flowing back into his body. He turned swatting the mortal behind him hard against the wall to fall next to his son. He raised his arm in time to catch Kayne by the teeth and punched him off as he approached the Kralitsa. "You no longer have pwoer. You may have light, but darkness is always present in the end. The eclipse has proven this. As Sol slumbers Vampires awaken form all over Solum. Blood shed has already begun. Why not give into what is already imminently upon you? In light shadows rule...in night darkness is the true presence that exist. Give up now and I may spare the lives of those who deem you worthy of protection and loyalty."

Aeson pulled metal from the giant scales of balance and caged Markus as Lukas cast an orb of light into it. Markus shielded himself and was suddenly stone within the metal cage but Lukas struggled to hold it. He was already so weak. He then pulled Damien to him and held his head in his lap. Tears fell from his eyes. "Damien...no...please be alright..." Lukas' tears began to glow as they hit Damien and his blood slowly seeped into him. But what was life being drawn from? He placed his hand on the marble ground and a stream of light shot toward Markus encased ins tone and metal. The stone could be heard echoing in the metal cage as it cracked. Lukas was drawing life directly from Markus.

Jakub collapsed...but the many voices still remained. Markus may not be able to sue the body, but he could still work through his son. "Your daughter is not being harmed her powers simply give me a boost. The darkness you speak of has already grown attached to me. you act as though this has been my fault. You act as though I'm the reason that death waits at your doors. Oh no...Did you ever tell any of your faithful servants who stand in arms that they walk into death's embrace because you broke true love apart? Nothing creates a greater light than true love and nothing will ring more pain than a broken heart. This is your fault Kralitsa. Severity's powers give me what I require to take you down...My son is a pawn and will continue to be such. The ring cannot be removed from his finger and the power I possess will be used through him. You cannot so easily get rid of me." Jakub's hand thrust forward at the Kralitsa and darkness engulfed the cage and spiraled upwards like a reverse sand timer. "You have no power when light does not exist. You will die Kralitsa and my son shall rule your kingdom while I rule over Vada and Xuin. He will be ruled by me and I shall rule over all of the Underworld, the Heavens and all of Solum. Shadows will engulf your gods and I will see that Sol dies this very day with your death."

Damien looked almost entirely aggravated. Lukas was hurt already and now the man was attacking his mother. Damien allowed every ounce of willpower to become overpowered by his rage. Aeson's pocket began to shake as the vial of power shot forward. It was cleansed now thankfully. "With the power of my body the storms that rage for eternity within me. I summon the blood of my mother through me, Kralitsa Himeko. With the blessing of power protect my mother." Damien shattered the vial and took a piece of the glass and cut his wrist. an orb of swirling clouds formed in front of him. Damien then dropped his blood onto the orb and it swirled to life into him. He took a deep breath and pushed all of his powers forward. It happened so suddenly no one had time to react as lightning flashed within the throneroom and the shadows dispersed hitting Jakub hard in the chest the orb of power shattered Himeko's cage and sent Jakub's limp body flying against the wall. The shadows erupted from his eyes and mouth as it took a more human shape of pure darkness and morphed fully into Markus. "You pathetic excuse for a royal...I will have your head!" Markus shouted coldly. "How did you defeat my magic? You were taken by evil last I heard. What light within you has summoned my presence from Xuin?!" Markus through his hand forward as blood from Damien was pulled out of the cut on his wrist. "I'll paint my new kingdom with the blood of the royals of both Vada and Ӕldingar!" Damien looked strangled and out of breath as he fell over convulsing. The blood from his body grew into human-like forms of Damien taking shape, but never completely solid as it was made of blood. "Kralitsa try and battle and army." Markus said coldly.

Lukas awoke shaking to find that Damien was lifeless. He summoned all of his power and his body and armour began to emit light. The room filled with light and Damien's blood forms collapsed into a puddle that moved back to his body.

Gabriel shot ice form his own body releasing Annabelle so he wouldn't hurt her as ice formed shooting large spears at Markus who easily deflected them. Markus laughed, "Fools, I am at the peak of my power as Sol Slumbers for ten days I will be able to wipe life of your kind form all of solum. Your people will flee to lands of great beast where they will be slaughtered."

Jakub simply laughed cruelly in an otherworldly voice that was not his own at all, but sounded of many dark voices mixed to make the voice of Markus. "You pathetic excuses for witches have been fooled. I made you daughter believe that Jakub, our son was to keep her memory alive and I tricked him in believing that the woman he called mother was killed by your spies. I killed her because I allowed her to die. I made you all believe that I knew nothing of the spy. I know your influence has affected my people and you have seen our situation before his banishment. The rings that bond me and his mother is a link for me to use her lifeforce and power to move through him and make him act in my stead. Even if you kill this body I have another. Jakub has always been a pawn in a greater picture. I have killed more than you can imagine you honestly think after so much sue of dark magic that I still cared for your daughter and our son. At first I did, but there is more power binding his soul to mine than you could comprehend. I will give you a peak into the future. I will use my son, Jakub once more as my king piece in this game of chess. You will fight him and kill him with the blade that can kill me. At which point all of it's power will have been wasted on him and so would yours, Kralitsa. Then I will face you myself after you have wasted the blade on my son and his life. You will have diminished your powers and I will rule over all of Solum. Vada may have came to fight but as their soldiers walked into my armies my own division has slaughtered those within Vada. You stand alone and not even the gods cna help you." Markus laughed cruelly.
The body of Jakub was clearly possessed by dark magic and MArkus was right. Killing Jakub would only break half of the spell as Markus was clearly somewhere else using hsi son as a puppet.

Gabriel's jaw clinched..."Leave this place Markus. Your quarrel with the Kralitsa has gained you allies who know nothing of what they fight for."

Loud crashing came form all around. the temples were coming alive. The underground kingdom was truly going to be protected. the temple of the Patiri's held several giant statues chained, but now their chains were no more. The kingdom would be defended by stone and metal and gem colossus's. But it seemed the statues would have only risen moments too late as an even greater thundering sounded as a cloud of shadow hovered outside. Explosions of magic and bright light were exposed and then dimmed as the thunder shook the entire palace.
Aeson squeezed Himeko's hand lightly, "He has come...he has broken through our forces and this war shall begin." He said plainly as screams confirmed that beast roamed the underground kingdom. "Dragons!!!" "Trolls!!!" "They have summoned Behemoth's of the mountain lands!!!" "Archer's fire at will!!! Pikemen hold stance keep your wall held. No one get's past us without dying first!" The screams of beast, civilians, dying soldiers and their commander's were all heard echoing through the corridors and finally silence. Loud booming erupted into the hall as if every wall was being hammer into by a siege hammer.

Lukas nodded racing off quick to ensure the Vampires died, but with MArkus summoning a shadow the Eclipse was final the orbs were darkened and shadows were all that could be seen out the windows. Flapping wings of flying beast soaring through the kingdom's air space as fire was breathed and elements clashed. He cast a light through the corridors as the signal in an instant the lights all shined outside as orbs with the power of Sol were set into the air, but the shadows overwhelmed them. Markus was using everything he had to get to the Kralitsa.

Damien nodded to his mother, "I will fight by you, mother." Jakub drew his own weapon and nodded in agreement. Then Gabriel drew a sword. "We aren't leaving you after making it this far. "Annabelle please go find safety with the civilians." Aeson gripped his hilt and awaited for Markus to come.

It happened so suddenly it put over half of the group into shock as a wave of power rushed through the corridors and Lukas was blasted back into the room by a wall of shadow created bats. The sound of blade meeting blade, spear meeting body, and man against beast could be heard as soldiers form both sides rushed in fighting for their lives to protect the kingdom and the Kralitsa. At last the hall doors were able to be closed. Aeson stood proudly, "What of the others you have locked out?" a shaking archer turned to face the Obshta. "Sire, there are no others. The giant statues that defend us are all that is left to fight and even now the forces of evil overwhelm them. Demons rise up from the earth that our kingdom was created upon. We are all that is left. The civilians have been taken prisoner. They will be forced into Vampires and Markus has yet to be seen."

Gabriel turned to Jakub with a frown, "It's because Markus is already here." Jakub looked at him curiously, "What are you talking about? I'm not my father..." He smirked clearly evil resting in the pits of his eyes as not flame, but shadows swirled within.

Damien moved quickly pulling Lukas out of the way as the army left in the room were manning the door and struggling against the mass of beast behind it.

Lukas, Damien, Gabriel, and Aeson were already in the throne room by the time Jakub arrived. He looked paler than usual and seemed out of breath. "The armies of Markus have gathered. they are at our doorstep as we speak. Vada has come to our aid in this time. The King and all of his children of Vada have fallen and now their Witch rules in his stead. Gabriel, I'm sorry, but now only your mother survives their deaths. Vada's armies have collided with that of my father. I went to the tower and used the portal there to the chaos. He has summoned monsters of this world I have no seen." Jakub said clearly fear stricken. Guards could be heard behind him fortifying the palace should they ever break in. "My Kralitsa...What do we do?" Aeson asked trying to sound strong for her. "The people of the outer and inner villages have been evacuated into our very halls. Markus scrapes out our door and we are only held for as long as our armies are able to be used. The eclipse has not even became full upon us yet and Markus already works in the shadow line to kill off our forces piece by piece. Demons have joined him from the netherworld and now monsters of faraway lands. What if he has summoned dragons that we once used in the great prison?"

Gabriel was nervous holding hands with Annabelle to ensure her safety he didn't want her leaving his sight.
Lukas stood in full golden adn white armor. He was prepared to defend the Kralitsa with hsi life, but what he feared was if Seraphina joined the battle would she stand on their side or Markus'. Which either she chose he feared she would turn against them in the end. Surely with the vastness of his armies Markus is sending his troops to eradicate all of Solum.
