Victoria’s comments from the Reading Book Club group.

As a big fan of techno-thrillers (I always want to know "how things work"!) this one is an intense read. Appreciate the notes at the back and the "ripped from the headlines" immediacy of the technologies and politics the authors describe. We've rather obliviously adopted lots of technologies without thinking about their downsides, and they all (drones, networked communications, robots) can be used for good or ill.
