149805 I had this feeling when I completed Harry Potter series first. Finishing that series felt like bidding adieu to a friend whom I had known for decades. I remember taking a long gap before starting another book. It was my grievance period for all the characters I had grown fond of. I used to be envious of my friends who had not read Harry Potter because that way you could go through the entire reading journey once again.
I've felt similarly for Ruskin Bond books too. But unlike Harry Potter, I used to miss the beautiful places and animals he would describe in the book.

149805 Hello All,

My sincere gratitude to all the members of this group for maintaining a such a wonderful platform.

My name is Arun Kumar. Currently, I am working as a marketing manager in Jindal Steel and Power Limited. I've finished my PG from IIM Udaipur.
I have been passionate about writing for as long as I can remember.
I have authored and self-published a book titled 'Made of Stardust'.
"Made of Stardust' is an inspirational romance and a coming of age story of four youngsters.

A few words about the story:
The Mumbai 26/11 terror attack, an event that shocked the entire nation, also witnessed ordinary men and women displaying extraordinary bravery. “Made Of Stardust’ is a story of four such individuals, all shackled by their minds, rising to a disastrous occasion to protect their most intimate belonging, and thereby finding ways to confront their inner demons.

Elene, the one who claims she does not fit in.
Ramesh, a responsible son from a conservative middle-class family.
Mithila, a reputed stalwart in the steel industry whom young women look up to.
Anuj, a CSR employee who is unable to cope with reality.

Pull up a chair and witness yourself, how these youngsters despite being overwhelmed by fear, pride, guilt, and shame became
their truer selves at the moment it was needed the most.

Since I am a debutant author it has been quite difficult to promote it. I would be really grateful if you could read my book and post an honest review of it on Goodreads and Amazon. For those who have Kindle Unlimited subscriptions, it is available free.

It is wonderful to know that such platforms exist for promotions of new books and maintain camaraderie of readers.
I'd like to get to know you all. You can mail me anytime at arun.kumarc@iimu.ac.in

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,
Arun
