I haven't seen the movie. I agree with the author setting up the scenes. I just really enjoyed the take on the book

I said it was for young adults....which to me is teen years lol! But to me it's still such a story!! I thoroughly enjoyed it!

The book thief was wonderful. Literally probably one of my top 5. It's for young adults so it's a nice easy flowing read. If you guys want and Kari is down, maybe we could do The book thief for October? September? I have it on my kindle so if anyone has Amazon prime I can lend it out for a month I think

I'm in the middle of In Cold Blood. I'd finish that one. I have a hard time reading books when I've seen the movie already but I would give Fight Club a chance. Kari and Kathy??? Thoughts?

Ha! I just told you mine lol. But you don't do wizards but it's so good lol. I do have a runner up. Have you guys read The Book Thief? I like that one too. But I'm open. I'll read anything.

Ha! Eric...Have you read any of the Kingkiller chronicles by Patrick Rothfuss? I'm finally reading book 2. I bought it when it came out but didn't read it because I thoroughly enjoyed reading the 1st book.
