Yes I felt the same way. I felt like everyone else was waiting for all of them to disappear so they could go on with their "perfect" lives almost as if the girls were just nuisance they had to live with. The fact that the house and the lawn were a mess probably bothered them more than the suicides, it kind of ruined their picturesque neighborhood.
So sad...

I didn't know you guys were doing live shows, maybe I can join next time.
I hated the parents as well and of course they were the root of the problem, they are the ones to blame. But I also feel like they didn't mean any harm by being the way they were. You know, most parents don't mean to affect their children in a negative way. They were just too strict and set on their ways in a time when everything was changing.
But I kind of also disliked the boys, and the neighbors, and the schools. Didn't everyone talk about the family, badly, or as if they were worried but no one did anything at all to help. Yes, they shut themselves down but, but no one cared enough and that's so sad. I think I hated the onlookers a tiny bit more than the parents for what happened.

But I think a good way to decide what books to read next is by posting a poll, whatever book gets more votes is the one we read next time. if no one votes I think it's okay for the moderator to choose.

Anyway, I wanted to ask you all how you feel about the parents, what do you guys think of them? (I'm being very broad here)
