I've read this book already but I'm excited to discuss it with everyone :)

So I read it a few weeks ago, and I think it may have been how long it took me to read because I was in a slump, but I feel as if it was lacking something. I think bits were a bit slow and I dunno... but one of my most enjoyable bits, and probably will make everyone think I'm a weird ass person, was when her and her step-dad were in that mans house, feeding the cat, and he drank the water, then realised it was a trap and the old man saw them run away stroking the cat in the doorway... Why I thought that was so good, I do not know. Then she threw a bucket of pee on him.. yeah.

I did enjoy it in the end, and I didn't know The Storm was out already, but I'll definitely be picking that up soonish. :)

Hey guys! I'm Claire and you can find me in Australia as well! I pretty much live for books, live music and tv shows. My lists are endless, it really annoys me but I can't help adding more constantly. I read predominately YA, but I will venture away from that once in a while. I told myself I would not go back into bad habits fo reading more than one book at a time... but I am now reading 4 books at the same time and it's frustrating me haha.

I did "booktube" for a bit, but then I got lazy and my camera broke, so that was a short-lived time of my life. You can still find videos if you search "blackwonderland" though. I am doing a Masters of Teaching at university and am finally in my last year - after 5 long year... (I typoed that initially as 56... feels like it).

I run the Australian Nerdfighter "Underrated Book Club" but we have pretty much turned into talking about any book we are reading haha. I also spam instagram too much. Be my friend... I'll probably spam you too much about books haha
