You can find an interesting video trailer on my author page here in Goodreads and also on my webpage. This is not yet the final cut, but is quite advanced in it's presentation. I would be happy to entertain any constructive criticism on it as I continue to develop the final cut. Please have a view and give me your comments. It's 4.5 minutes long. Thanks This trailer in and of itself raises several interesting issues for discussion before you even get to the book. Feel free to fire away.
One Freeman's War: In the Second American Revolution
It's a fascinating subject really, and volumes can be written, and have been. But to simplify, people wonder why they don't have rights in the courtroom. They demand their 'constitutional right's or similar, and get shut down every time. There's a reason for that. they don't understand the nature of the law in operation and it has no room for 'rights' as we would say. Everything is 'corporate contract' which is referred to in the legal realm as 'The Law Merchant'. The judge takes silent judicial notice of certain things and applies this law to the proceedings, usually unbeknownst to you! You are an individual, with rights, under God when you represent yourself as 'John Smith'. But when you respond to the state as JOHN SMITH, this is a legal person, a fiction to which The Law Merchant applies. Again, read the article on my webpage referenced above in the first post and also look at the video on the 'Resources page'. It will open your eyes!
"Did you know... that there are two sides of the law? There is 'the public side' which is the one you are most likely operating in which subjects you to federal mandates, incessant regulations, fines, fees, penalties, jail and even death. 'The Private Side' is available to everyone and provides an escape from 'public law’. However, nobody will talk about it because it's deemed a 'threat' to the ‘system’. The mafia doesn’t like competition you know! "
>>>> The above is the opener for a short article I wrote which is on the website. I invite you to read it and post your comments and questions. It's a fascinating subject to get into.
