161636 thank you both @jamie and @Aly...do the books I've completed for the time period count, or those read today, going forward to challenge end?

161636 Hi, absolute newbie here and I'm overjoyed to see sooooo many challenges...and rather overwhelmed. Where can I find challenges that are set to begin in Dec 2025? Or can you recommend any I can drop in on?

I'm happy to wait until the start of 2026, but thought I'd ask for some hand-holding. :D
161636 I'm in...will start 11/28 (later in the day)

HI, I'm new to the group but love to join you in a BR for [book:Blood of Hercules|219150366]. Won't be able to really get into it until late Friday (happy Thanksgiving to you & yours!). I'll be reading/listening to it (2 week overdrive loan) so you won't hurt my feelings if we keep a brisk schedule (LOL!). My style of BR is more engagement...like let's dish/discuss themes/symbolism and character development rather than I'm not liking the pants color of a character.

161636 Happy Thanksgiving eve! Hi, I'm in my 300+ audiobook annual season of life. Looking back at 2023 and 2024, I noticed some weakness in my reading so with 2026, I plan to be intentional (see my profile's 'about me' info)...it'll be a year of more diverse genres. Some genres are less engaging so I'll take any suggestions for reading challenges to help me over the hump. I've been a GR member for 10+ years, am in several GR groups and only recently started channeling energy into moderating a few. The book that my loved ones will place in my coffin is A Prayer for Owen Meany by John Irving.

Always open to making new GR friends, especially intentional reading buddies (buddy read, anyone?). Happy reading!
