What is a book that made you cry (or, if you're not the teary sort, what is a book that really moved you?) These might be happy tears, sad tears, or angry tears--tell us about what got to you (without giving spoilers!)

What five books would you want with you, if you were stranded alone on an island?

While some of us avoid the beach like the plague for fear of sunburns, and other love to lounge on a sunny shore with a thousand-page biography of one of the founding fathers, we can all agree that there are certain kinds of books that just scream "SUMMER!"--light, fun reads that are easy to come back to after jumping in the water or dozing off in the sun. Use this discussion thread to recommend some books you think the SEM community might want to toss in our beach totes this summer!

Hi everyone!
I hope you're all excited to dive into our summer reading lists--no matter what you like to read, there should be something for everyone. If you see a book you've read and enjoyed on the summer reading list, please post a short review here explaining what's so great about the book, and who might enjoy it.
Happy reading!
