"Okay" Lee took the phone and began texting wendy, still not positive if Izza understood what she meant. She sent the text and decided to pull up her pictures. Maybe it Izza saw one of her and Wendy she would understand. "Do you want me to delete my pictures and stuff?"
Lee just sort of stared at her. She thought that she had been pretty straight forward with the "girlfriend" thing. Wendy was her bestfriend. Lee almost didn't want to clarify, but she knew that she had to. "She's not my "bestie" she's my girl friend. As in she's more then just a friend."
Lee attempted to reach for the phone. "Uh no she's my..." Lee paused for a moment. Lee was always open about her sexuality but sometimes she still got nervous telling new people. Even if she lost a possible friend due to it she knew that the person wasn't the kind of friend she wanted, but the judgement still hurt. "She's my girlfriend actually. Can I txt her back please?"
Emma continued to look up at the sky. She closed her eyes and thought of her Aunt. Replaying their fondest memories in her head. Her aunt was the only one who truly understood Emma. The only one who made conversation easier. Emma may not communicate well, but she didn't like being alone. She missed the bussling streets of New York. You were never alone, but you also weren't acpected to chat with anyone. Emma countinued to think of her old life and how she could get it back, forgeting to reply to Cyrus.
Lee smiled and looked over Izza's shoulder to see what song she was talking about. "Yeah it's one of my favorites" Lee reached over and pressed play on the song. Right after the song began to play, Lee noticed that she had a text from Wendy. "Hey can I check that real fast? I'll just tell her that I gave this phone away and am getting a new one."
Emma stood for a moment. Everything looked so empty. She walked back towards Cyrus and layed on the ground, looking up at the sky. "We still have transportation. I don't know why people haven't left these 6 towns to look for more. For all we know the people we lost could be out there."
"People should be trying harder." Emma said still standing and looking. She wanted to tell Cyrus more, but she wasn't sure if she could open up anymore. This probably was one of the longest conversations they'd had. At least where Emma was responding with words instead of just nods.
Emma continued to stare at the miles of dessert. "There has to be something else." Emma stood up and took a few steps forward, continuing to look. There just had to be something.
"Fine." Emma knew she should try and talk more, but she just couldn't bring herself to do it. What if she opened up to Cyrus and another dissapearance happened? For a while the two of them just sat there. Emma looked at Cyrus and thought that maybe he had an idea as to what happened. Despite Emma's curiosity they had never really discussed the dissapearance. Maybe Emma needed a Watson to her Sherlock. Emma cleared her throat. "What do you think is out there?"
Emma gave Cyrus a small smile and pushed her hair behind her ear. "Just thinking." Emma has never been one for words and Cyrus knew that. He didn't try to get her to say more then she wanted and that was nice. She was really glad she had him, even if it didn't show.
Emma turned around. She thought she heard someone say her name. It must be Cyrus. He must not have seen the note she left. "Over here!" she yelled.
Lee laughed. Not that she would ever in a million years think about anyone other then Wendy, this girl was kind of cute. She was almost as bipolar as Wendy though and Lee loved Wendy more then anything. "Yeah of course. Passcodes 1865. Sorry again about your phone."
Emma sat in the wasteland, staring at the endless miles of dirt in front of her. She wanted her aunt back. She wanted New York back. January was great, but she missed the crowds. She missed seeing all the interesting people walking by trying to make something out of their lifes. Now all anyone did was work or talk about the dissapearance. Everyone wanted to know what happened. No one wanted to move on. Emma was about 2 miles out of January, but she wanted to go farther. There had to be something else out there. Why wasn't anyone looking?
Lee flipped the phone in her hand. "Umm it's an iphone 5c. The uh canary version. Apps wise there's the basics like facebook, instagram, and youtube. Then there's also netflix, hbo, the broadway.com app, and i don't know a bunch of other stuff. Here take a look." Lee hands the phone to the girl and smiles. As far as the world needed to know Lee was still friendly and positive and outgoing and kind. "My names Lee by the way."

Personality (at least 4 lines, not four sentences): Robin has always been a serious girl. For most of her life her main focus was on school and learning everything that she could. Her favorite subject was always math. In math nothing is open for debate. Everything has an answer that for the most part is easy to find. Robin always seemed to keep to herself until she met her friend Lorrie and her boyfriend Leo. After that she took life less seriously and focused more on her relationships. Robin is a serious girl who can be fun loving with certain people.
History (at least 6 lines): Robin grew up in a very strict household. Her parents were always preasuring her to be the best at everything she did. They also always made life a competition between her and her older sister Abigail. Growing up Robin had hardly any friends as she was always focused on school and being better then her sister. People saw her as the quiet stuck up girl and she was often made fun of, though she always retatliated, gaining a reputation. When she was 12 years old she got in a major fight with a girl who had been picking on her and her parents ended up sending her to a boarding school, saying it was for academic reasons, but Robin knew it was because of the fight.
Once at the boarding school Robin met a girl named Lorrie who she instantly hit it off with. It was weird at first for Robin because she had never really had a friend before, but after a few months they were inseperable. Lorrie also introduced Robin to a guy named Leo. Leo was funny, charming, always reading and Robin found herself falling for him. They soon started dating. With Robin's new friends she found herself paying less attention to school. She started cutting class with Lorrie and started to embrace this new adventurous side of her. She was really happy for the first time in her life.
When she was 15 her parents decided it was time to come home. Her grades were dropping. Robin was extremely upset at first, but then she learned Leo and Lorrie were leaving too. When she got home she had a serious talk with her parents and told them that she wasn't their perfect daughter and that she was tired of trying to please them. She wanted to be herself. Her parents told her that as long as she lived under their roof she had to follow their rules. If Robin didn't get her grades back up they would kick her out. So Robin left, got a job, and her own apartment. Leo and Lorrie visited all the time and it was great.
When the disappearance happened Lorrie was sleeping over at her house. They woke up and soon learned that everyone below the age of 2 and above the age of 20 was gone. Robin instantly called Leo, as he was older then her. He didn't answer. Robin now spends a lot of her time studying and doing math. She is trying to keep herself from having to feel the loss of Leo. She also is starting to become obsessed about where everyone disappeared to.
