16548 This book reminded me of how much I love Robin Hobb's writing. These two short stories were more psychologically complex than most of the modern fantasy books I've read recently. It was interesting to think about how some old tales based on gossips influenced the lives of Fitz, Burrich, Chivalry, Patience, and Verity.
16548 Sorry for the delay - bussy weekend. I've read Liveship Traders Trilogy 3 or 4 years ago and the "Assasin's Apprentice" when I was studying at the university (but I couldn't get the rest of the series then). Now I'm after "Royal Assasin" and I'm starting "Assasin's Quest" this week. I plan to read The Farseer Trilogy (I've reread the first book) then The Tawny Man and The Fitz and The Fool Trilogy. After this I'll reread Liveships or jump into The Rain Wild Chronicles, I'm not sure yet. But there is a possibility I'll catch up with you guys for the last book or two.
16548 Hi! I'm new here and it's going to be the first book I'm reading with this book club. Robin Hobb is one of my favorite authors. I'm going to read the rest of the Elderlings in the nearest future so it's a good start.
