Several times over the past few years, attempts have been made to start up book clubs and reading groups in various forms. However life always gets in the way. Schedule conflicts, family emergencies and sickness all contribute.

This group exists to create a central hub that can be built upon if interest develops in a particular direction, to facilitate recommendations, groups reads, reading challenges and in-person meet ups. But primarily to share enthusiasm for reading good books, be they classic or contemporary.

Feel free to add your own ideas and create discussions at any time.
