Gabrielle’s comments from the Leaving the Treadmill group.

Skip and I have just published this book which is partly our story (stepping off the treadmill, packing up and starting a new life in Cambodia), partly the lives of dozens of others who have inspired us with their life choices and partly a guide/self-help book for people who are considering change.

I'd love to hear what "Just Go" means for everyone else so please share it with me (and let us know if you need help as you are facing those changes or considering making a move)...
