I dont agree or disagree with Chris. I think whether they drag you down or not depends on the type of friends you have. If you surround yourself with people who have the same mindset, values and goals as you i dont think his statement is truthful. Also When you have friends that care about you and will motivate you to be better. When you have friends that are not ambitious then yes they can drag you down. Also when you have friend that dont have goals they get jealous and sometimes they try to purposely drag you down. So not all friends drag you down you have to your company wisely.
