Jo’s comments from the Find book by plot group.

There is a book that i am trying to find that is a YA fantasy/dystopian with two main characters - a girl and a boy. It is fiction, with romance and adveture.
This is what i remember from the plot -
When the girl and boy where younger they were in love. I think they were part of an organization like an army or revolution or something like that and the boy wanted them to run away together but the girl refused.
A couple of years later it returns to the boy who is now a Captain of a ship I think? The girl and the boy meet again and he refuses to let her in again. The book is in alternating POV i believe.
Sorry! I know this is so vague and i know there must be a lot more to the story than what iv'e given but i've been searching for ages and im desperate to buy it! Any suggestions are much appreciated, thankyou!
