Once you get a book printed and start promoting, it seems like people jump out of the woodwork to offer you solutions to becoming a best selling author in "Five Easy Steps"! How are you supposed to know if any of these seemingly helpful programs actually work. And in this world of "Fake News", it is really difficult particularly as a self-published author with little or no budget. I would love to find a "Consumer Reports" type of honest, critical resource. Is anyone interested in pooling experiences?
