I totally understand. One of my favorites is Kayla Rayne and she didn't like the first book and quit after reading it. I was disappointed too because we usually agree on everything.

I've also loved Melanie's reviews as well. There are a couple others but I can't think of them off the top of my head.

I totally think you're on to something. I'm reading BLBL right now and Gansey was talking to Noah. noah said Cabeswater wanted to be woken up and that's why they chose to save Gansey and kill Noah. noah said they knew Gansey would make sure the line woke up.

On that same note, the attraction Gansey and blue have could be because they are both old souls. She is the "sensible" one and her face was on that old cloth with the three ladies and she is on the tarot cards.

That Raven King scene stuck out to me too. When they were in the cave in BLBL the cave said something about welcoming the Raven King as well. I don't remember it perfectly right now but I know it was there.

Also sorry I didn't give you proper credit for wanting to start this discussion board. It's a great idea. Thanks for participating in our read along.

It was brought to my attention that a folder should be created for Theories and discussions. This was a great idea, so here we go. This folder is created for all of you Raven Cycle fans to post your theories about how this series might end. Talk about the books and how you have come to these conclusions.

What will become of each of these amazing characters?
Is Gansey actually going to die? Will Blue kiss Gansey? Will Maura choose Artemis or The Gray Man? What will happen when they finally find Glendower?

Maggie is amazing at putting the picture in front of you and letting you work through your own thought process to figure it out. She's amazing.

I love all the characters in this series (sans Kavinsky) as well. My first reading of the three, I loved Adam. This time rereading them I'm finding Adam to be annoying and I kind of skim over his passages. The whole chapter where Gansey and Adam go to that political party I just skipped because I couldn't take his drama anymore.

Evan Ross is also a good voice. Man, you're good at this. I had though of two older people: Travis barker, or Adam Levine. Your choice was more accurate though.

I'm behind as well. I've been picking junk tv over reading lately. I'm just so tired every night. I'll try to keep up though. This is my favorite book in the series.

Pg100 Gansey drinks one of Maura's healthful teas. She tells him that the tea is good for general wellness, manage dreams and helps with legal matters. It seems like the perfect tea for Ronan.
