I love the idea of a bouncer at the door!
We've been talking about influential characters and it reminded me of something.Years ago, in what seems like another life, I had to write my fair share of "get to the new boss" articles. And, let's be honest, I had to make the boss sound good, no matter how boring his or her personality might really be.
To make the boss seem more human, I always tried to ask one question that was completely off the wall and not related to the job in the slightest. I thought I would use my favorite question to spark some conversation.
Ready? Here goes: If you could invite any three fictional characters to dinner, who would they be and why?
For me, my dinner list would be as follows (in no particular order):
Minerva McGonagall: The Transfiguration teacher at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry has to be one of my favorite characters from the Harry Potter books.
Karana: "The Island of the Blue Dolphins" was one of my very favorite books when I was growing up. I think I read it at least a hundred times. I loved the way Karana was able to take the terrible situation she found herself in and survive.
Wonder Woman: Look, she has a lasso of truth AND an invisible jet. How cool is that?
So, who would be at your dinner party?
