GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO! It's like 150% the type of book I imagine Jessica reading. In fact, now I have this image of her reading it in the subway, or as she does recon on one of clients. This is my new headcanon, she read this book. Period.

I think he'd also like A Time to Kill, by Grisham. It would speak to the lawyer-y part of him that wants justice and all that, and it's as idealistic as To Kill A Mockingbird, even if it's not as well written. But Matt doesn't strike me as a book snob.

I kind of think he'd read Austen too. If I had to pick ONE Austen book, I'd go with Persuasion over Pride and Prejudice, but I can see him reading both.
