Sweet spot stood out due to having an average score simply because it’s something I have been striving to achieve. The phrase “sweet spot” is something one of my mentors made me very aware of during college. While I still have a lot to work towards in finding a perfect sweet spot, it is nice to realize just how much my enjoyments in life integrate into my work life.

I am going to try to focus a lot on values throughout this book. I have always been aware of my values, but growing up I was also taught that they shouldn’t get in the way of your work life. While that isn’t an issue at Gearhead, I do realize I keep my values to myself because they are not only personal but I don’t want them to clash with other things happening.
