I have a small patch of fresh herbs that I grow in my back yard. Beyond those, I usually purchase my spices at the grocery store. I stumbled on this neat spice store recently called Penzey's. They sell every spice and spice combo/rub you can imagine at about 1/3 the cost of the grocery store. I was really impressed with the freshness and tried several. I highly recommend them. They have retail stores in many states and online store at Penzeys.com. I'm all for saving money on a better product!
