So I happened to find two copies of this book for the store, and I've been reading one of them for a couple weeks now. I'm a fast reader, so this is unusual for me. This is a book with a lot of layers that casts a wide net historically and topically. It covers WWII, the comic book empires, romance, magicians, 1940's art. There are several changes in point of view, but it's easy to follow. I don't want to say too much, but this is a good, engaging book with lovable characters. I'm nearly done with it now, and I can see why it's a Pulitzer Prize winner. Curious if anyone else has read this or any of Chabon's other books...
