"Good, because I'm curious too," Adria declared. It was the truth too, even if it wasn't her main reason for going with him. She clasped her hands together slowly as she glanced around the grand hallway, her auburn curls bouncing around her shoulders. There was no doubt that any sister she might have had would have envied her looks. Fortunately, she'd been blessed with only brothers to take care of. She was extremely thankful for this, knowing that taking care of a sister would have been much harder than her four brothers combined, nevermind getting along with one.
Her mind trailed off as she began to wonder who would start courting her while she was here with her family. Sure, the stated reason for the Russian royals coming to Court was for her brother Wulf, the Czar, to find a wife. Yet, it was also made known that she, the only Russian Princess, was old enough to be courted as well. And boy, did she have some plans for her future husband.
OMG guys, I just got the greatest idea for a fairy tale spin of roleplay. I'm going to make it and if anyone's interested let me know and I'll post the link!

Lani put a gentle hand on her cousin's shoulder with a soft smile. "That's simply not how life works for us royals. Funny, isn't it? Of all the luxuries we receive thanks to our crowns, love isn't one of them," she sucked back a sigh, knowing that as the eldest of both her siblings and her cousins, she had to act the part of the perfect princess without a complaint in the world. She was supposed to show them that arranged marriages weren't all that bad, though she had major doubts about her own that had already been set up with the Crown Prince of England.
"I'm fine," she replied to Jules' second question, her response almost automatic. It was mostly true though. She enjoyed Court time, as she'd experienced multiple seasons before. Her only concern was her arranged marriage, but she had tried to push that to the back of her mind. She was smart; she could figure a way around this marriage her father had forced her into.
Divorce is not allowed unless the husband calls for it. And yes, she would definitely be taken much less seriously without a king, which is why she would be at Court looking for a new husband. But as to how her former husband died, anything is possible, including the queen having killed him herself.
