I took a break from this almost a year ago and haven't picked it up since. It can be tough going but what's really stalled me is the physical size of the book - too large to pop in my pocket, too bulky for my bag, even awkward as hell to hold reading on the sofa.

I'm kicking myself I didn't hold off for the multi-volume edition that came out shortly after release. But anyway - your message has inspired me to get back to it this year. Moore is too good a writer to leave his major work weighing down my bookshelf.
