All - I have copies of The Party if you want one. (Natalie - I sent one for you with Marianne last night).

If you have copies of the Book Thief. Please go ahead and return those to the library. I've requested a couple of options for our July book based on suggestions last night - This is How it Always Is and The Seven Sisters. We'll see which one we can get.

Our next meeting is July 12th if you want to put it on your calendar.

Right now, we have 3 people coming. :)

I think the 21st is what I"m leaning towards. And if we do 8pm and dive right in with a libation and discussion, we should be good to go. With baseball and lacrosse this spring, I'm thinking we need to go a little later anyway. Leaning to moving both our dates to Wednesday nights for April and March. :)

What if we did the following Wednesday at 7:30/8:00. The 8th grade graduation meeting is at 6:30.

So, 3/21 at 7:30/8:00?

Haha! I can’t make Wednesday next week either because of the speech contest.

All - I cannot be there on the 15th for our book club meeting. In fact, I can't be there in April at this point either. Taj has lacrosse games on most Thursday nights in March and April this spring.

If you all want to still meet next week, please let me know and I will leave the meeting out there. Right now, we have one person who is confirmed - Natalie Broering.

Our April book is "Little Fires Everywhere" and it's a very tough book to get, so if you do meet, I will send them with someone to the meeting - just need to know who to send them to.

p.s. In the meantime, if we want to do a Wednesday night instead, I'd be game for that. Thursdays are just not going to work here the next two months.

Also, some folks mentioned they are getting tons of emails from Goodreads. You can update your preferences to only get notified from the book club if you'd like. But you'll have to take a minute or so to update your settings. I hardly get any emails from Goodreads unless it's related to book club.

All - I'm dropping off the last book I have. Someone wanted a copy of it and I can't remember who it was! Please let me know ASAP as I plan to return them to the library this week. Thanks!

Hi all. In an effort to clean up the book club membership, I am planning to remove a few folks that have not attended in the last 6 months or more. If you are one of these folks but want to remain on here, let me know.
