Alan Watts is AMAZING :-)

If you have time & more importantly - kindle unlimited so you don't have to pay - my own little "thing" is the implementing of Lenity.

I too have had bouts of depression & anxiety whilst trying to understand how the world works. The book is 30 pages so nothing heavy but maybe if you get where I am coming from then we may just be kindred spirits :-)

I don't think that everyone needs to understand everything but it's nice to feel that your not totally insane.
