I’ve lived in AL my entire life and been to Jasper many times, but have not heard that before. However, a quick Google search looks like you may be right!

Welcome! You'll find plenty of friendly and helpful authors here, and you can find even more help on our other board: https://www.goodreads.com/group/show/...
Evelyn - I think the confusion lies in the difference between a folder and a thread. The instructions are a THREAD in the FOLDER you are being asked to post your own THREAD into. This link should take you to the folder where you can start your thread: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/group...
Not only did I see it, I had a book! It was an oversized, but thin hardback that told the basic story with pictures from the movie - kind of like a children's book.
Thanks, VM - I’m really happy with it, and I think there are some badass characters inside.Dwayne - I wonder if it’s too late to add a subtitle...
Wanted to let everyone know that my new book is out now. You can check it out here: https://www.amazon.com/First-Dragonsl...And the first book is free today - so there's still some time to grab it if you're interested: https://www.amazon.com/Spell-Fade-Spe...
Yay! I hope you enjoy the book! Christina wrote: "Dan has a new one coming out on the 20th."
Indeed I do, and thank you for mentioning it!
Dwayne, if you have any of that $10 left, Christina has a new one coming out on the 10th.
It looks like Vonnegut was fond of candy bars, and in particular, Three Musketeers (which pops up a few times in Slaughterhouse Five). My wife also likes them, so I have a few spares on hand and gladly leave one for you.You might have my books already, so I would recommend Cosmogonic Marbles by Steve Downes. It's a quirky, funny, fantasy you might enjoy.
Thanks, Christina! I was hoping it would be just that easy. Now I just have to come up with a title for my series I suppose.
Breaking the silence for two announcements and a call for any comments you guys might have.First - Shackles of Sunlight will soon be getting a new cover (ebook and print) and blurb to try and get more people to give it a look. It's with Createspace for print and KDP for ebook. Anyone have anything I should be aware of, or experiences you'd like to share with the process of changing a cover?
Second - Spell Fade is getting a sequel. I recently finished the draft and am working on editing now. I did not plan on there being a sequel when I wrote it, so there's no indication it's part of a series. Anyone gone back and updated a previous book to show it's part of a series before? Just looking for any potential problems or snags I should be aware of by changing the description of the first book.
Any and all comments are welcome. Thanks!
