I ended up reading it in the last couple of days of February since I bought it while traveling fully intending to wait until March and then had 30 hours in the car with nothing else to do :D
I gave it a 3/5. It was fun though! Looking forward to discussing :)

I'm so excited about this theme! I'll be reading
Assata: An Autobiography by Assata Shakur. I am woefully ignorant of black history of the late 20th century in the US, and now seems like a particularly important time to get educated. I'm also happy to be weaving together black history month and women's history month.
I was initially planning on reading something by
Allison Weir since I love her writing and am always ready to delve into Early Modern Europe, so if anyone is stuck and into that sort of thing I highly recommend her work!

I will definitely be participating!

I think creating a new poll with the tied contenders would probably work best!

I'm not a big fan of teen fantasy type stuff, so I've been looking for something Girl With The Dragon Tattoo-ish. Any recommendations?? I'm thinking
The Butterfly Garden, which a friend assured me is within the realm of the theme, but if anyone has anything they think would be a better fit, I would love to hear about it :)

I love that list!! Nice variety and lots of choices for every theme!

I like that theme idea! It sounds fun and it looks like there are lots of good choices!

Oh I really like the first idea! Maybe whoever suggests or selects the theme could provide a list of several suggestions that fit too? The second idea is good too though, and I would be up for doing both!

Oh heeey! I'm (obviously) Norah :)
