Quite opposite of the other post. What stand-alone do you think SHOULD'VE been made into a series?

This is for a book you think would be better as a stand-alone compared to a series.

Do you prefer to read series or stand-alones?

Same! Never knew that until I added it. Afraid to read it though. Some books are better left as stand-alones.
