This is beautiful.

Those preoccupied with surviving have been doing anything to survive, like killing, cheating and many many more... Now we kind of know who the culprit is and we need to think about "what our responsibilities are?"

I agree with Violet. The earth has been through these mass extinctions time and over again and it has always recuperated itself, only the last one, i.e. the human brain has been the earth's most amazing creation. Perhaps we will come up with something...

To: Rachel and Violet; I agree with you, THE CAUSE IS KIND OF COMPLICATED. In my opinion cause #1 is how the majority of the world population lacks awareness and in what way this ignorance is being used by their rulers to develop profitable systems and businesses that are harmful for mind, body and the environment.

To: N.S.A.; Raising awareness might just be the key answer to your simple but very thoughtful question. But it is not going to be easy...

This is a very interesting discussion. I have already suggested my book "The Little Black Fish" (ISNB# 978-1-4389-1399-5) which is a beautiful story for children...
What makes it interesting to adult readers is that it not only has a few messages about the environment, it contains countless messages on multiple topics. I strongly believe that in order to deal with most of the problems we are facing today, we need fundamental changes to the existing systems, LOOKING FOR THE CAUSE NOT THE EFFECT, and this is what "The Little Black Fish" is all about.
