These past few days I have been wondering...' Will I ever be as good as I used to be?' I question myself with this as I icebath, drink chocolate milk, massage my muscles, stretch, ice, wash countless socks, ice again, plan workouts, watch old race videos, buy more running shoes, and then ice again.
But then all doubts fade as soon as my feet hit the trail and I start to run.
