Hello! This is the first book that I wanted to look at, as I recently found it in my local bookstore and it seems like a good way to get things started. It covers pretty much all of ancient history, across the globe, and I'm hoping I can discover something new, as my knowledge on the ancient East is patchy at best!

I'm Sophie, and I have been studying the ancient past in it's many forms for well over half of my life. My favourite period is Ancient Rome, particularly Roman Religions, and the Julio-Claudian dynasty, and what I'm hoping to see here is passionate and like-minded people sharing new ideas and thoughts about history!
