Hi everyone! I'm Selma, I live in Dallas but I'm from Antwerp. I only moved about two years ago but my Dutch is already deteriorating! So I picked up Dutch literature again to make sure I don't forget this beautiful language.

I love to read good fiction, try to read some classics as well and also love any kind of non-fiction about other cultures.

I am currently reading De leeuw van Vlaanderen, kind of embarrassed I haven't read this before :P. Also reading King Leopold's Ghost: A Story of Greed, Terror and Heroism in Colonial Africa, which is heartbreaking. Seems like they skipped this period in all the history classes I had!
