I actually wrote 'Gone' first, a fantasy novel in answer to the question that haunted me after my daughter, Samantha, was severely brain damaged at the age of two and survived for a further seventeen years: 'Where had my daughter gone?' because who'd she'd been had vanished. 'Gone' is one answer.

'Slings & Arrows' is a recent addition and is the true account of that time.

I have written other books but these two will always be the most important to me.
